not limited to, print, newsletters, radio, television, or internet;

knowingly cause or permit anything that will impair, jeopardize, violate, or infringe the intellectual

directly or indirectly dispute or contest the ownership, validity, or enforceability of the intellectual
property rights of MailvEngine in MailvEngine API Data & Services or the MailvEngine API, or assist
any party to do so;
through Your use of MailvEngine API Data & Services or the MailvEngine API, knowingly cause or permit
anything that You know or ought to know will prejudice or hamper the reputation or goodwill of MailvEngine;
claim, use, or apply to register, record, or file any trade mark, trade name, copyright, or design that
is identical or confusingly similar to MailvEngine’s trademarks, or assist any other party to do so;
use, store, or access any MailvEngine API Data & Services, or the MailvEngine API after the termination
of this Agreement;
use or permit others to use, market, distribute, or export MailvEngine API Data & Services, or the MailvEngine
API; or,
use MailvEngine API Data & Services or the MailvEngine API in any manner or for any purpose that violates
any law, regulation or right of any person.
Attribution While usage of the MailvEngine API is not subject to Your end users being made aware by You that MailvEngine
is supplying the functionality you are making use of in your application(s), Your inclusion of a clickable
hyperlink to the MailvEngine API website at https://mailvengine.com would be highly appreciated.
Your Responsibility to Safeguard You shall use Your best efforts and take all necessary steps to safeguard MailvEngine API Data & Services

Information that MailvEngine Collects and Uses.
In addition to Account Data, MailvEngine collects information about the nature of your usage of the Service which can include: IP addresses of users, date/time stamp, Verification Metadata and Verification Audit Data. "Verification Metadata" includes a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of email addresses sent for verification using the Service. "Verification Audit Data" includes the date/time stamp a verification has been performed and the results of the verification.
CSV Verification Data is stored for a period of up to 90-days on an encrypted file system. This data can include the original uploaded CSV data, including email addresses, and the Verification Audit Data.
This information is collected in order to render Services to you. MailvEngine collects only the necessary and relevant data required to deliver, monitor, and secure Services for you.
Security
MailvEngine limits access to Account Data, Verification Metadata, or log files to MailvEngine personnel and service providers who need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Information we collect is stored in a secure manner that is only accessible by authorized MailvEngine personnel or service providers and is only disclosed under the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Our servers are located in the Viet Nam.
Users log into the Service using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Passwords are encrypted before they are transmitted and are stored encrypted.
Email verification is done by automatic processes.
